CultureAI Technologies Ltd. ("CultureAI", "we") is committed to operating ethically and respecting human rights. We oppose all forms of forced labour, child labour, and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.
This Statement applies to all CultureAI employees, contractors, and suppliers that provide goods or services to CultureAI.
As a technology company, our primary suppliers are cloud infrastructure providers, SaaS tools, professional services, and commodity hardware vendors. We recognize higher risk can exist in hardware manufacturing, facilities services, and any outsourced labour (e.g., data annotation).
We expect suppliers to:
We use proportionate measures such as pre-contract questionnaires/attestations for higher-risk categories, contract clauses (including right to terminate for material breach), and periodic reviews. If concerns arise, we work toward remediation; if not feasible, we may suspend or end the relationship.
Concerns can be reported confidentially to: connect@cultureai.dev (Attn: Compliance). We do not tolerate retaliation against reporters.
We investigate credible reports promptly and pursue remediation with suppliers wherever possible.
Procurement, operations, and leadership receive periodic guidance on human-rights risks, red flags, and our reporting process. New joiners are briefed during onboarding.
Responsibility sits with Compliance/Legal, with oversight from executive leadership. We review this Statement at least annually and update it as needed.
